In ancient Egypt, the boat was sacred; it was a means of transportation used in funerals and in religious ceremonies. Here, it is crewed by four non-human beings with elongated skulls in a squatting position. The boat has some Egyptian writings engraved on the front and on its sides is sculpted a being with an elongated skull and a pronounced beard similar to those of Egyptian pharaohs. It has arms, a tubular body, and a fish tail. This piece is part of the group of apparently Egyptian pieces found in Mexico.
